We’re bringing safe trick-or-treating, a costume parade, kids’ activities, and festive fun to downtown Ravenswood on Saturday, October 25, 2025 — and we’d love for our local businesses to be part of it!
Sponsorships help us provide:
🍬 Candy for the kids
👗 Prizes for the costume contest
🍂 Decorations to make downtown shine
Sponsors will receive:
✅ Logo on flyers going home with 1,200 Ravenswood school children
✅ Logo on our event banner along Washington Street
✅ Recognition on Facebook & in our newsletter
✅ Priority booth placement at the event, on Walnut St. (see the event map in the sponsorship packet below.)
✨ Sponsorship levels start at just $50 and commitments are due by October 4.

What if I can't afford to sponsor but I still want a booth at the event?
No problem! We are also offering free booths to Ravenswood-based businesses - no exhibitor fee or sponsorship required.
But keep in mind that sponsors will be given priority booth placement. Free booths will be limited to whatever is left over after all of our sponsors have chosen their spaces. For more information about how to become a sponsor and guarantee good booth placement, please see the button below.
